This past June, UCA was selected as an honoree at the 2021 Rater8 Practice Excellence Awards, an annual awards ceremony that recognizes medical practices and professionals for their work in creating the best possible patient experience. Rater8 specializes in the development of digital tools to collect and analyze patient satisfaction data through patient surveys and online review management. According to a representative from Rater8, this year’s Practice Excellence Awards winners “have truly set the standard for excellence in patient experience, and we are proud to celebrate their achievements.”

UCA, along with eight other U.S. medical practices, was awarded “Highest Rated Practice Overall” by the Rater8 Practice Excellence Awards selection committee.
