Based on Governor Ivey’s Safer-At-Home guidelines, all of our doctors are conducting face-to-face patient appointments within our clinics.  Telemedicine visits are also still available upon request.

Effective June 29, 2020, public establishments in Jefferson County require persons to wear a face covering by order of the Jefferson County Health Officer.  In addition, our practice is REQUIRING patients who have appointments at all UCA locations both inside and outside of Jefferson County to wear a mask or facial covering to protect our staff and other patients.  This will also include our satellite offices in Fultondale, Gardendale, Prattville, Sylacauga, and Winfield that open the week of July 6^th.

In order to accommodate social distancing requirements and to reduce patient and staff exposure, we ARE NOT allowing non-patients to enter our lobbies/waiting rooms at this time.
